Classes are registered for CE for all insurance licensees – Agents, Adjusters, and Life and Health agents

The classes will be done while we are at sea. 
On the first day at sea – you attend one set of classes and on the way back while at sea, you attend the other set. 
Taking an extra ethics class counts as regular hours – so taking two ethics classes is OK

Homeowners- What’s In Your Policy? - This class is designed for the public but is credited for CE too.  Too many customers leave it up to the agent and then after the loss are not happy campers when they find out what will get paid and what won’t. 
This class is good for your to see WHAT IS YOUR homeowners policy plus it counts as CE

Fraud Awareness - An Ethics Course
What is fraud? Where is it happening?  How can you report it?  This course identifies sources of fraud that we all need to be aware of.  Fraud costs everyone money!  You are the judge of some cases where it appears to be fraud, but if everyone is doing it…is it wrong?  Included are some Red Flags of Fraud to watch out for.

Errors and Omissions – Your Choice - Prevent or Defend.  What can you do to prevent an E&O claim and not have to defend your self.  How do we make sure it all gets done?  Whose job is all of this anyway?  It’s all about procedures, time and documentation.

Agents, Adjusters and Aliens-
What are the standards set by the Insurance Code?  How is the insurance industry perceived by the customer?  What does it take to not alienate the customers?  This course discusses how a little customer service and a lot of attention to the law goes a long way in creating customer loyalty.  Both by adjusters as well as agents!
